Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange or return is applicable if:

The product is unused and in its original packaging with all labels and tags.

The product does not have any stains, perfume scents, body odors, makeup marks, or water stains.

The product is not a discounted/sale item or custom-made item.

We do not offer cash refunds. We do offer online store credit (coupon) of the same value valid for any future purchase.

Exchange Procedure

To claim an exchange or return, please contact us within 24 hours from the date of delivery via email with the reason and order details.

Exchange by Post/Courier
You will be required to ship the items back for exchange to the address provided by our team, and the client will be responsible for the cost of returning the items. Sadaf Waseem bears no responsibility for postal delays or damages.

We aim to process all exchange/return requests within 3–5 working days after receiving the item.
Custom orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement.

Sadaf Waseem reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as: item being out of stock, pricing errors, or payment issues. In such cases, if payment has already been made, we will issue a refund.

Handcrafted and Made-to-Order Products

Handcrafted and made-to-order items are carefully produced as per your preferences and are not eligible for returns. Please review your order thoroughly before confirming.

Sale Items

All sale items are final and not eligible for refunds.

Return Request Procedure

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product by sending an email to sadafwaseem.com@gmail.com

Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged or defective item in your email.

Eligibility for Return

Return requests will only be considered within 24 hours of delivery and only for damaged or defective items.

Requests made after 24 hours will not be entertained.

Return Authorization

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide further instructions, including the authorization process.
Do not return any items without prior authorization from our team.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
